By accessing or using Kampain ("the platform"), operated by Mad House Media, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Kampain after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Kampain is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that helps Indian D2C brands create and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.

We connect to the Meta Marketing API on your behalf using OAuth authorization. We use Anthropic's Claude AI to generate ad copy options based on your product details.

Kampain is a tool — not an advertising agency. We do not guarantee specific results from ad campaigns.

You are responsible for your Meta Ads accounts, including any ad spend incurred through campaigns created via Kampain.

You must ensure all advertising content complies with Meta's Advertising Policies, Community Standards, and applicable Indian laws.

You agree not to use Kampain to create ads that are illegal, deceptive, offensive, or that violate the rights of any third party.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Kampain account credentials.

Kampain offers a free 14-day trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from account settings.

We will provide 30 days notice before any price changes take effect for existing subscribers.

GST will be applied to all Indian transactions as per applicable rates.

Kampain provides tools to help you manage ads. We are not liable for ad performance, Meta policy violations, or ad account suspensions.

In no event will Mad House Media be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Kampain subscription in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Kampain platform — including its design, software, and features — is owned by Mad House Media and protected by applicable IP laws.

Your content (product data, images, ad copy you create) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process and display it within the platform.

AI-generated ad copy produced by Kampain is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing.

You may cancel your Kampain account at any time from account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless required by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
